About the Role We're looking for a seasoned operations leader to head end-to-end plant and operational performance across our manufacturing locations. You'll own production, quality, maintenance, EHS, supply chain coordination, and CAPEX projects driving standardization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across both plants.
What you'll do
Lead overall plant operations and drive production, quality & safety targets
Standardize systems and SOPs across multiple manufacturing sites
Own cost optimization, productivity and maintenance reliability
Coordinate CAPEX, expansion and new project execution
Build a strong leadership pipeline across plant teams
Present operational MIS and performance reviews to the MD
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Production preferred); MBA/PGDM a plus
18+ years in manufacturing/plant operations, with multi-plant leadership experience
Track record in cost reduction, productivity improvement & operational excellence
Experience in fertilizer, chemical or agrochemical manufacturing preferred
Ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, builds solid systems, and can convert strategy into results on the shop floor.
