We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead Commercial & Operations, with strong expertise in commercial management, financial oversight, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial and operational activities across the organization.

- Monitor P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, profitability, billing, receivables and payables.

- Ensure GST, TDS, taxation, audit and statutory compliance.

- Handle key customer relationships, escalations, disputes and commercial negotiations.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, HR, KAM, CSR and Sales teams.

- Drive process improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiency.

- Develop MIS, KPIs and business performance reports for senior management.

- Support strategic planning, business growth and profitability improvement.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

- Majorly Handle Account receivable and outstanding part along with Customer handling

Required Qualifications

- MBA / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce, Management or related field.

- CA/CMA will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and Advanced Excel.Role & responsibilities
