Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure and Project Management leader to drive infrastructure initiatives and strategic IT projects across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring robust, secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure while delivering projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT infrastructure strategy, implementation, and operations across the organization.

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, governance, and delivery.

- Drive infrastructure modernization, technology upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

- Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, risks, and project dependencies.

- Establish project governance, reporting, and performance tracking mechanisms.

- Ensure infrastructure availability, security, business continuity,



and compliance.

- Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Lead multiple strategic and high-priority IT initiatives simultaneously.

Required Experience & Skills

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Project Management.

- Robust experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and transformation programs.

- Exposure to enterprise IT environments, cloud, networks, data centers, cybersecurity, and workplace technology.

- Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
