We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief General Manager (CGM) to lead our Hotel Rooms & Resort business.

- Overall management of Hotel Rooms & Resort operations
- Drive occupancy, revenue and profitability
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
- Manage OTA platforms, direct bookings and corporate bookings
- Lead and motivate GMs, Managers and operational teams
- Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews and service quality
- Control expenses and improve operational efficiency
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Set targets, review performance and ensure achievement
- Prepare and monitor monthly business plans and KPIs

Candidate Profile




- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Management
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Hotel Operations & Sales
- Experience with OTA platforms and digital marketing
- Strong business-development and revenue-management mindset
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties is an advantage
