Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, accounting, taxation, compliance, internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
- Monitor P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure effective cash-flow and working capital management.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Manage statutory, internal, tax, and other financial audits.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and risk-management systems.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, financial institutions, and statutory authorities.
- Evaluate investments, capital expenditure, financing requirements, and new business opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director/Board.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, confidentiality, and financial discipline across the organization.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:





- CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 1015+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role such as CFO, Finance Head, VP Finance, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, taxation, audits, banking, cash-flow management, and MIS.
