Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-10 years of experience in steel/metals/manufacturing industries.

Location: Steel trading & processing hub (Raipur ., Chhattisgarh).

Responsibilities

- Lead Finance & Accounts function across trading and processing operations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and profitability.
- Drive FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage working capital, treasury, and banking relations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Companies Act, Ind-AS, SEBI norms.
- Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Implement ERP/automation for financial reporting and analytics.
- Partner with MD/Board for strategic decision-making, including IPO readiness if applicable.
- Review commercial contracts, purchase/sales terms,



and financial commitments.
- Mentor and develop finance team capabilities.

Desired Profile

- Qualified CA with robust finance leadership experience.
- Proven track record in steel/metals/manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in plant finance, costing, FP&A;, MIS, and commercial finance.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
