Budha Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially strong Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organizations Finance & Accounts function.

The CFO will be responsible for overall financial strategy, financial planning, cash-flow management, accounting governance, statutory compliance, cost control, project financial monitoring, and providing strategic financial insights to the Management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate sector and the ability to independently manage a multi-project finance and accounts setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Monitor working capital, fund requirements, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
- Establish effective systems for cost control and financial discipline across projects and sites.
- Review project-wise profitability, expenditure, budgets, and financial performance.
- Oversee contractor, vendor, project, and third-party payment processes.
- Manage banking relationships, fund arrangements, and financial negotiations.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with CA, statutory/internal auditors, banks, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting systems, MIS, and financial reporting processes.




- Provide management with accurate financial analysis, business insights, and decision-support reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts & Finance team.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Ensure timely closing of books and preparation of accurate financial statements.

Candidate Profile:

- 10-20 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong exposure to Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate is highly preferred.
- CA / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of financial management, taxation, accounting, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, Tally, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting systems.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Should be capable of independently managing the complete finance function and working closely with senior management.
