The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, business planning, regulatory compliance, treasury management, fundraising, and driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and extensive experience in managing finance functions in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Fund Management Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning. Lead debt management, fundraising, and capital allocation strategies. Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for financing requirements. Compliance &

• Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements. Oversee direct and indirect taxation, audits, and company secretarial matters. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Support business leaders with financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Evaluate investment opportunities, capex projects, and business expansion plans. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Chartered

Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role such as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy, or industrial sectors preferred. Solid exposure to fundraising, banking, taxation, and strategic finance.
