Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chemist role based at the Rajasthan Flexible Packaging Ltd facility in Kotputli. The Chemist will perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and analyzing samples, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, recording and interpreting test results, and supporting quality control checks for packaging materials.

The role also involves collaborating with production and quality teams, assisting in troubleshooting quality issues,



and contributing to research and development activities to improve product performance, formulations, and processes. The Chemist is expected to follow all safety protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory and plant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, testing, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with experience in monitoring product specifications and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying deviations, and supporting problem-solving in production and quality processes.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Familiarity with packaging materials (PP, HDPE, BOPP) and their properties is an advantage.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain clear documentation, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
