Expert Consultant Chef – NPD & Product Development

Engagement: Consultant / Freelance

We are looking for an Expert Consultant Chef specialising in New Product Development (NPD) to improve our existing products and develop innovative, commercially viable new products.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve and refine existing recipes, products and processes.
- Develop new products, flavours and concepts.
- Create standardised recipes, SOPs and production methods.
- Conduct product trials, tastings and R&D.;
- Optimise products for taste, quality, consistency, presentation and food cost.
- Ensure recipes are scalable and commercially viable.
- Guide the operations team during implementation and product launches.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in NPD / R&D; / Consulting Chef roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise across the above categories.
- Good understanding of food costing, standardisation and commercial production.
- Creative, innovative and able to turn ideas into consistent, scalable products.
