We’re Hiring: Chef | Alaara Lakehouse

Alaara Lakehouse, a premium dining destination known for its serene ambience and curated culinary experiences, is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team.

Location: Bannerghatta Road – TK Falls, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Position: Continental Chef

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality Continental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, and international dishes.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and plating.

Contribute to menu development and introduce dishes based on food trends and guest preferences.

Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Manage food stock, inventory, and kitchen supplies efficiently.

Ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service during peak hours.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Candidate Profile





Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Continental and international cuisines.

Good understanding of cooking techniques, sauces, flavour profiles, and plating.

Experience in a premium restaurant, resort, hotel, or fine-dining environment is preferred.

Strong teamwork, communication, and kitchen management skills.

Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Culinary Arts / Hotel Management certification or diploma is an added advantage. Interested?
