Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor to join our Food & Beverage Production team at Antares by RajLaxmi, Lucknow.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tandoor operations and Indian cuisine, with the ability to independently manage the Tandoor section while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tandoor section.
- Prepare a variety of Tandoori breads, kebabs, tikka, and other Indian dishes.
- Ensure proper mise en place, portioning, marination, and preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Monitor Tandoor temperature and cooking times for consistent results.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO practices.




- Control food wastage and maintain efficient use of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef, CDP, and other kitchen sections during service.
- Guide and supervise Commis-level staff in the Tandoor section.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen equipment.

Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in a reputed hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Robust knowledge of Tandoor cooking and Indian cuisine.
- Experience in handling high-volume kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and during busy service periods.
- Valuable communication and team-working skills.
