We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Support Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English skills and prior experience handling international customers through chat.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain required response-time, quality, and CSAT targets.
- Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Provide clear, qualified, and customer-friendly responses.
- Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate candidates only.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Good multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Gurgaon location.
