Working days 5 days

1. To develop andmaintain3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using Creo as per engineering standards.
2. To support concept design, packaging studies, and design modifications for new and ongoing projects.
3. To prepare and update engineering documents such as DFMEA, DFM/DFA, ECNs, and design release documentation.
4. To coordinate with prototype, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams forcomponentdevelopment and validation.
5. To support VAVE initiatives, IPTV resolution, and engineering change implementation.

6. To resolve design, fitment, manufacturability, and assembly-related issues through cross-functional collaboration.
7. To ensure compliance with GD&T;, design standards, and product development processes.
8. Toparticipatein design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement and cost optimization.

9. To manage CAD data and release activities through PLM systems - Teamcenter.
10.



To providetimelysupport for project deliverables, drawing releases, and product development milestones.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

- Proficiencyin Creo Parametric (3D Modelling, Assembly, and 2D Drafting)
- Experience in vehicle/component packaging studies and design validation
- Familiarity with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, ECN/ECR, and drawing release procedures
- Basic understanding of prototype builds, testing, and validation activities
- Cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, testing, purchase, and supplier teams
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis for design and fitment issues
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Must Have: Creo experience and release management in Teamcenter
- Preferred: Valuable understanding of machining, casting, forging, sheet metal fabrication, and heat treatment processes
- 3-4 years of experience in Automotive/Commercial Vehicle CAD Design
- Exposure to steering, chassis, suspension, or related vehicle systems
