Job Overview: As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our airline. Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate - Assist passengers with their luggage and guide them to the appropriate check-in counter - Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes - Handle special requests and provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations -





Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers with patience and professionalism - Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff - Keep the check-in area clean and organized at all times

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible hours,

including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage if required - Fluency in English and Hindi,
