Priority Profiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts function.

Established in 2010, Priority Profiles is a growing stainless steel manufacturing company , producing hot-rolled and high-precision Bright Bars for domestic and international markets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function and work closely with the Promoters & Management
- Prepare and analyse MIS, financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and inventory
- Develop and monitor manufacturing/product costing and profitability
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
- Manage statutory, tax, internal and bank audits

• Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions , including CC, LC & BG requirements

- Support management in cost control, pricing, capex, and business decisions
- Improve financial processes, internal controls, ERP systems and reporting




- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team

? What We're Looking For

✅ Chartered Accountant (CA)

✅ 4–6 years of post-qualification experience

✅ Experience in manufacturing/steel/metals/engineering will be preferred

✅ Strong understanding of costing, working capital, MIS, and financial reporting

✅ Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance

✅ Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with senior management
