Role & responsibilities

Financial Accounting

•Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial statements.

•Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

•Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

•Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheet schedules

Taxation & Compliance

•Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

•Prepare and review tax returns and supporting documentation.

•Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filings.

•Support tax assessments and audits.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

•Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.

•Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

•Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

•Support decision-making through financial evaluation and reporting.

Compliance & Risk Management

•Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate policies.

•Maintain records related to financial and regulatory matters.

•Identify and report financial risks or discrepancies.

•Liasioning with Respective Govt.



officers with regards to subsidy matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.

•Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Corporate Laws.

•Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

•Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar software is preferred.

•Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Experience

•Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant.

•Articleship experience in audit, taxation, accounting, or advisory services.

•Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting processes is an advantage.
