Position: Associate Finance Manager/ Deputy Finance Manager (CA)

Experience: CA with 0–3 years (freshers and early-career CAs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team, supporting financial reporting, month-end close, and MIS reporting, with growing exposure to broader finance operations. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Assist in preparation of periodic financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash
- Flow, notes to accounts etc) in line with applicable accounting standards
- Support statutory and internal audit requirements with schedules, reconciliations, and

documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of ledger balances prior to reporting

Month-End Closure Activities

- Execute month-end close checklist: accruals, provisions, prepayments, and adjustment

entries
- Perform GL reconciliations and resolve open/aging items on a timely basis
- Coordinate with shared services / accounting teams to ensure close deadlines are met
- Support balance sheet substantiation and schedule preparation

Monthly MIS Preparation & Analysis





- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering revenue, cost, and key operating metrics
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior period) and highlight key trends
- Support preparation of management decks and commentary for leadership review
- Maintain and improve MIS templates for consistency and accuracy

Finance Operations (Working Knowledge)

- Basic exposure to accounts payable/receivable processes, vendor reconciliations, and

banking transactions
- Support treasury-related tasks such as fund tracking and basic cash flow monitoring
- Assist with process documentation and improvement initiatives across finance

operations Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Articleship experience in audit, financial reporting, or month-end close is a strong

plus
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, Ind AS/IFRS (as applicable), and

financial statement preparation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic financial modeling);

PowerPoint for MIS decks
- Exposure to ERP systems (D365, SAP, Tally, or similar) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet close deadlines
- Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
