- Handle and oversee the complete accounting and finance functions of the organization.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial position of the company.

- Review and verify accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management review.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act provisions, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, bankers, government authorities,



and other external stakeholders.

- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities.

- Review expenses, purchases, payments, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.

- Support management in financial planning, cost control, investment decisions, and business strategy.

- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of financial records and supporting documents.

- Lead and guide the accounts and finance team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Handle any other finance, accounting, taxation, or compliance responsibilities assigned by management.
