Are you an experienced Charge Entry SME / Team Lead with robust knowledge of U.S. Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)?

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Charge Entry operations for U.S. healthcare accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely charge entry as per client and payer requirements.
- Review charges for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing guidelines.
- Perform reconciliation of charges and billing data to identify mismatches, missing charges, and discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve charge entry and reconciliation discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, and daily performance targets.
- Train, guide, mentor, and monitor team members on Charge Entry and U.S. billing workflows.
- Conduct process audits and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues.
- Maintain process documentation and support process improvement initiatives.
- Work with different EHR/PM systems and billing platforms.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.




- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, productivity targets, and company policies.

? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience as an SME / Team Lead in U.S.

Medical

Billing / RCM.

- Strong hands-on experience in Charge Entry.
- Good understanding of U.S. healthcare billing & RCM workflows.
- Experience with multiple EHR/PM systems.
- Knowledge of charge reconciliation, billing discrepancies, and data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and achieve quality & productivity targets.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, guide, and monitor team members.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel – filtering, sorting, and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing team responsibilities.
