We are looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing teams in day to day marketing execution, customer testimonial initiatives and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Sales and Marketing teams for day to day requirements and activities.
- Support customer testimonial initiatives by coordinating with sales teams and branches.
- Conduct basic training and provide guidance to sales teams on the testimonial process.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely collection and submission of customer testimonials.
- Maintain and update trackers related to marketing activities, testimonials and sales engagement.
- Prepare basic reports and share regular updates on activity progress and pending actions.
- Support digital marketing activities such as content coordination, social media amplification and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing requirements wherever required.
- Support the Marketing team in execution of on ground initiatives and other day to day activities.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Positive follow up and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with sales teams and managing multiple activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
