The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

- Sending client & vendor invoices — and following up so nothing slips
- Building P&L; sheets from scratch
- Building cash flow sheets and forecasts
- Creating reporting boards that update us weekly/monthly on the numbers that matter
- Actually understanding our financial position — not just reporting it, explaining it

Qualifications





- Real experience in financial analytics or a similar finance role
- Robust hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets — building models and dashboards, not filling templates
- Experience building P&L; and cash flow statements from zero
- Sharp analytical instincts — you look at numbers and tell us what they mean
- Agency, eCommerce, or digital marketing reporting experience is a big plus
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 5- 7 years of finance experience
- CA (or equivalent) preferred
- MBA a plus, not required
