Role Description The Guest Relations Executive-Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing front desk and receptionist duties, and ensuring a positive and professional guest experience at all times.

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional setting.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Sales skills,



including relationship-building, lead follow-up, and basic negotiation to support revenue generation.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing the front desk, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and office software; experience with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles, or sales is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
