Role & responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate overall centre operations.

- Monitor the performance of Sales, Technical, and HR teams.

- Set and track departmental targets and KPIs.

- Ensure effective coordination between different departments.

- Handle team management, performance monitoring, and productivity.

- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide updates to management.

- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.

- Support recruitment, team development, and employee performance initiatives.

- Ensure achievement of business and operational goals.

- Maintain effective communication between management and department teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 + years of experience in operations/centre management/team management.

- Experience managing multiple departments or teams.

- Solid leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of target and performance management.

- Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or IT Training industry will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-oriented environment.
