About the Role

We are looking for a Center Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensure smooth implementation of project activities, and coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, students, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and activities of the training centre.
- Coordinate and supervise trainers, mobilizers, and centre staff.
- Ensure student mobilization, enrollment, attendance, and retention.
- Monitor training quality, student progress, and centre performance.
- Maintain centre records, MIS, attendance, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, partners, and community members.
- Track targets, identify operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly centre updates and reports.
- Support assessments, events,



placement activities, and other project requirements.
- Ensure the centre meets project timelines, targets, and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in centre management, project coordination, training, skill development, or similar roles.
- Experience in managing teams and day-to-day centre operations preferred.

Key Skills

- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- MIS, reporting, and basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities independently.
- Willingness to travel locally in Ahilyanagar.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
