Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum. Monitor lesson planning and classroom execution. Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching to teachers.
Organize student assessments, events, and parent engagement activities. Ensure a nurturing, safe, and child-friendly learning environment. Centre Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Maintain school infrastructure, learning resources, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and support staff for smooth functioning.
Team Management Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor teachers and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and regular feedback sessions. Create staff schedules and manage attendance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture. Parent Relationship Management Build strong relationships with parents. Conduct parent orientation and counselling sessions.
Address parent concerns and resolve escalations promptly. Organize PTMs, workshops, and school events. Admissions & Business Development Drive admissions through walk-ins, enquiries, and referrals.
Conduct school tours and admission counselling. Achieve monthly and annual admission targets. Build relationships with local communities, schools, and corporate organizations.
Execute local marketing and promotional activities. Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to school policies and government regulations. Maintain student records and documentation.
Prepare operational and academic reports. Manage fee collection follow-ups in coordination with the accounts team.

Experience 5–8 years of experience in preschool/school management. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in admissions, parent counselling, and team management is preferred.
