NWe are looking for a skilled and proven skilled with 10+ years of experience to join our Global Client Implementation team and lead Back Office Accounting & Custody client conversion initiatives.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of onboarding plans and client conversion activities across Accounting, Custody and Insurance
N
- Provide SME expertise across MCH, Geneva and eHorizon, with focus on accounting and complex investment servicing
N
- Manage complex fund structures and investment types
N
- Oversee custody operations including trade processing, settlement, asset servicing, reconciliation and cash processing
N
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SSI and SWIFT messages/communications
N
- Identify processing methodology differences, assess impacts and ensure alignment between client and internal teams
N
- Research and resolve operational discrepancies and issues
N
- Partner with COEs, processing teams, Client Service and other business units to ensure seamless conversions
N
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and provide appropriate mitigation solutions
N
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
N
- Ensure operational readiness for BAU before and after conversion
N
- Lead and mentor team members, provide training and support cross-functional collaboration
N




- Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the conversion lifecycle

nWhat We're LookingFor

N10+ years of experience in Financial Services

NStrong experience in Global Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Investment Manager Servicing or Client Implementation

NKnowledge of Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Back Office Accounting, Custody & Reconciliation

NExperience with MCH, Geneva and/or eHorizon

NStrong understanding of settlement, asset servicing and custody processes

NExperience with ETFs, Derivatives, Hedge Funds, Master-Feeder structures and Offshore products is preferred

NPrevious experience in Client Service and/or Fund Accounting is an advantage

NProven team leadership and stakeholder management skills

NStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

NExcellent communication and negotiation skills

NStrong technology skills and ability to work independently as an SME

NInvestment Banking certifications will be an added advantage
