India's leading animation institute Image Creative Education , located at Palakkad is Looking for Young Energetic Center Manager.

The Center Manager is responsible for leading operations, student admissions, team performance, and administrative oversight for the Palakkad branch. This role prioritizes operational execution, counselor leadership, student satisfaction, and academic delivery. Marketing management relies on executing low-cost local outreach frameworks and overseeing structured performance incentives rather than managing large ad budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Team Leadership

- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, classroom schedules, and facility maintenance.
- Manage counselors, telecallers, and administrative staff to ensure target-driven output.
- Coordinate with creative and technical faculty members to ensure smooth batch execution and high curriculum standards.
- Track daily student attendance, batch progression, and student feedback mechanisms.

Admissions & Sales Management

- Drive monthly student enrollment targets across courses (VFX, Graphic Design, Animation, UI/UX).
- Lead the front-office counseling team to maintain high enquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Manage the lead follow-up pipeline using CRM/Google Sheets tracking tools.
- Manage student fee collection schedules, follow up on pending dues, and track center revenue reporting.

Local Outreach & Low-Cost Marketing Execution





- Execute low-budget local outreach programs, including direct visits to schools and arts/science colleges across Palakkad.
- Facilitate local design workshops, seminar registrations, and career guidance events within local educational institutions.
- Maintain the branch's local digital presence, including active review generation on Google Business Profile.
- Implement and manage student and alumni referral incentive programs to generate word-of-mouth leads.

Student Lifecycle & Placement Support

- Handle parent and student queries, address complaints promptly, and maintain high retention rates.
- Work alongside placement coordinators to track student portfolio readiness and coordinate local job

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years in educational center operations, branch management, academic counseling, or sales team leadership.
- Marketing Requirement: Basic functional understanding of local outreach, lead management, and community networking. Direct digital ad expertise is not required.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English.
- Core Competencies: Solid team coordination, conflict resolution, target orientation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
