At Rabitat, we’re looking for more than someone who can manage a category.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Category Leader who can look at consumer behaviour, competition, numbers, content, campaigns and product opportunities — and turn them into business growth.

This is a high-ownership leadership role sitting at the intersection of:

Business × Brand × Consumer × Growth

? What will you own?

? Category & Business Performance

Own category/channel performance across Revenue, Margin & Marketing Efficiency

Define KPIs and translate them into actionable growth plans

Track performance and identify what’s driving or impacting the numbers

? Market & Consumer Intelligence

Track competitor pricing, positioning, launches and campaigns

Build a deep understanding of consumer demographics and buying behaviour

? Go-to-Market & Campaigns

Own campaigns and GTM initiatives end-to-end

Drive high-frequency D2C sale campaigns, content calendars and media alignment

? Brand & Performance Marketing

Drive social media, paid media creatives and campaign execution

Build a scalable,



performance-led content production engine

Shape Instagram/social strategy, narratives and content direction

Drive brand collaborations and partnerships

Manage agencies and external production partners

? Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

? What are we looking for?

Someone with 10–15 years of experience in:

✔️ Category Management / Brand Strategy / Digital Marketing

✔️ Direct ownership of revenue, margin or growth targets

✔️ D2C / digital-first / FMCG businesses

✔️ Brand + Performance Marketing

✔️ High-volume content and campaign execution

✔️ Social & Paid Media strategy

✔️ Team building and agency management

✔️ New Product Launches / GTM strategy

Experience across appliances, personal care or FMCG D2C would be an added advantage.

An MBA in Marketing / Advertising / Communication is preferred.
