Vendor Payment: Oversee timely payments to suppliers to maintain good relationships and ensure the smooth flow of materials. Monitor payment cycles to prevent disruptions.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and compliance requirements. Regularly audit processes to prevent non-compliance and its associated risks.

Availing Duty Perks: Maximize utilization of available duty benefit schemes, including Advance License, EPCG, and IGCR. Ensure proper documentation and compliance to leverage these benefits effectively.
