V1 Drive is a young ecommerce company selling automotive aftermarket parts for the passenger car segment across India. We sell on Amazon and Flipkart today, our own website and app launch shortly, and the catalogue runs to around 8,000 active SKUs and is growing.

This role owns the catalogue and how it appears everywhere we sell. Fitment data, product information, images and listings across Amazon, Flipkart and our own website and app. A licensed catalogue database covers part of our range, and everything outside that coverage is built and maintained here.

FITMENT AND CATALOGUE

- Build and maintain fitment data across makes, models, years and variants, so that a customer entering their vehicle sees only parts that fit it
- Own product data for every brand the licensed catalogue database does not cover, including specifications, OE numbers and cross references
- Source, organise and prepare product images to each channel's requirements
- Resolve incomplete or conflicting supplier data before it reaches the catalogue
- Establish a repeatable method for onboarding a recent brand or category
- Flag rate of sale and stock cover to operations for fulfilment planning

LISTINGS AND CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
- Own listings on Amazon and Flipkart, covering flat file uploads, titles, descriptions, specifications, A+ content, images and EAN or GTIN discipline
- Keep listings healthy,



including suppressed listings, missing attributes, buy box issues and category placement
- Prepare and maintain product content for our own website and app, before and after launch
- Write product content for search on each sales channel and on our own site
- Maintain pricing on live listings against competitor benchmarks, within margin rules set by the business

SUPPLIER AND SELLER ONBOARDING
- Work with suppliers to bring their stock onto the platform, including slow moving and obsolete lines
- Turn incomplete supplier stock lists into listable product data, including fitment, specifications and images
- Chase suppliers for missing data, and keep onboarding moving
- Handle superseded and obsolete part numbers so that older stock remains findable
- Support sellers who cannot list themselves, and set the catalogue data standard for those who can

FITMENT VERIFICATION
- Investigate and resolve fitment conflicts, including cases raised by customers after purchase
- Correct the underlying data, and close the loop with the customer and the sales channel

QUOTE BASED ORDERS
- Identify the exact part a customer needs from the vehicle details provided, using OE numbers and cross references
- Prepare the product inputs behind the quote, and work with customer support through to order placement
