Supervise and manage the daily activities of the cashier team.

Monitor cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.

Ensure accurate billing, ticketing and collection procedures.

Verify daily cash collections and prepare collection reports.

Coordinate with management and accounts regarding daily collections.

Train and guide cashiers on billing procedures and customer service.

Handle customer queries, complaints and refund-related matters professionally.

Communication skills required.

Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Ensure proper maintenance of cash registers, receipts and transaction records.

Monitor cashier attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.

Ensure smooth coordination between the cashier, operations and other departments.

Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financial information.

Ensure all cashier counters follow company policies and procedures.

- Take responsibility for the overall performance and accuracy of the cashier section.
