Kallarackal Ladies Collection, Kochi is looking for a Cashier who is responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare bills and invoices for customers.
- Maintain daily cash and transaction records.
- Ensure accurate cash counting and closing balance.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a neat and organized billing counter.
- Follow store procedures for payments, discounts, and refunds.
- Assist with other store activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
- Experience in a ladies' fashion or clothing store is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and computers.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Malayalam communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
