- Vendors follow up (immigration status, move dates)
- Assist with scheduling meetings/meeting rooms.
- Raising tech tool tickets
- Managing projects driven by client mobility team

- Working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint - strong Excel knowledge preferred
- Sound judgement knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible and pragmatic when appropriate.

EDUCATION / EXPEIRENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Previous experience (2 years preferred) with mobility or International Assignments.
- Work knowledge of immigration regulations and local registration preferred, but not required.
