BELVAA MEDICAL CAREJOB DESCRIPTION – CARETAKER

Position: Caretaker

Salary: ₹12,000/- per month

Duty Hours: 12-hour shift

Food & Accommodation: Not provided

Extra Duty: ₹200/- for each additional 24-hour duty

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day care and assistance to residents/patients.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents during meals and ensure proper food and water intake.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the resident and assigned area.
- Assist nurses and other medical staff as required.
- Monitor residents and immediately report any changes in condition, discomfort, or emergency situations.
- Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Follow all instructions given by the nursing and management team.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during duty hours.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene,



and patient-care protocols.
- Properly hand over important information to the next shift staff.

Duty & Payment Terms
- The standard duty will be 12 hours per shift.
- Monthly salary will be ₹12,000/-.
- Food and accommodation will not be provided by the company.
- For an additional 24-hour duty, an extra payment of ₹200/- per 24-hour duty will be applicable.
- Attendance will be recorded through the company's prescribed attendance system.
- Any leave or absence must be approved by the management in advance.

Note: The caretaker is expected to maintain qualified behavior, punctuality, hygiene, and respectful communication with all residents, patients, attendants, and staff.
