? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and aspirations

- Provide personalized career guidance and counselling
- Explain suitable career pathways, courses, and overseas opportunities
- Handle counselling sessions through phone, online, and face-to-face interactions
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication
- Convert enquiries/leads into successful admissions or applications
- Maintain accurate candidate records and counselling reports
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Admission teams
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets
- Build robust and professional relationships with candidates
