We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Career Counsellor / Telecaller to connect with students and parents, understand their career goals, provide suitable course guidance, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide appropriate information about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents and address their queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and student/parent meetings when required.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up,
and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling ability.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle student and parent queries confidently.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Any degree.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or the education industry will be an added advantage.
