Desired Candidate Profile
- You must understand IVF — either from experience working in fertility care, or strong personal knowledge of how the process works
- You must speak and write positive English
- You must know Hindi, plus at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)
- You must be compassionate. The people who call us are hoping for something they once thought was impossible. How you speak to them matters more than anything else
- You should be comfortable talking on the phone and on WhatsApp, and using basic computer tools
