We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can manage both online customer inquiries (Instagram/WhatsApp) and walk-in customers at our detailing studio. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings and delivering a excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Online Sales: Respond to all Instagram & WhatsApp leads Handle inquiries online as well as offline Follow up with customers regularly Convert chats into confirmed bookings In-Store Sales: Attend walk-in customers professionally Explain services like Car Spa, Ceramic Coating, and PPF Recommend suitable services based on customer needs Close deals and generate billing Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English & Gujarati required)
- Basic English understanding
- Experience in sales or customer handling
- Comfortable using WhatsApp & smartphone
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly
