VYNK Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Car Park Manager to manage day-to-day parking operations and ensure smooth, safe, and customer-friendly parking services.

? Location: Ghaziabad

? Position: Car Park Manager

? Salary: ₹33,760 per month

⏰ Shift: 9 Hours | Day & Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily car parking operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate parking staff, wardens, cashiers, and other ground personnel.
- Ensure proper vehicle entry, exit, parking allocation, and traffic movement.
- Maintain discipline and ensure staff follow company SOPs and uniform standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve parking-related issues professionally.
- Monitor parking revenue, daily reports, and operational records.
- Coordinate with the client/site team for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and proper utilization of parking areas.
- Manage staff attendance, shift deployment, and manpower requirements.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.





Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in parking management, facility management, hospitality, retail, mall operations, or a similar field will be preferred.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and operations under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of reporting, attendance, and operational processes.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational day/night shifts.
