Roles and Responsibilities: Review and validate customer account opening forms and supporting documents.Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer and other regulatory requirements.Perform quality checks on account opening cases to identify discrepancies or missing information.Liaise with internal teams ( Compliance, Risk) to resolve documentation issues.Maintain accurate records of validation checks and escalate non-compliant cases.Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and internal policies
