- Manage client and business requests for Capital Markets applications and platforms.

- Gather and document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and business requirements.
N
- Support application onboarding, user provisioning, and access management.
N
- Act as a liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external stakeholders.
N
- Support front-to-back Trade Lifecycle processes across Capital Markets products.
N
- Drive UAT activities, defect management, release validation, and production support.
N
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ticketing platforms.
N
- Support system enhancements, application migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
N
