Qualification

- Any Degree

- Basic computer/system and billing knowledge is required.

- Candidates with canteen, hotel, catering, or food service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily canteen operations and staff activities.

- Handle canteen billing and daily transactions.

- Operate the billing system/software and maintain billing records.

- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

- Coordinate food preparation and timely meal service.

- Maintain food stock, inventory, and purchase records.

- Check availability of groceries and other canteen materials.

- Prepare and maintain daily sales and billing reports.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and hospital departments.

- Monitor canteen expenses and stock usage.

Required Skills

- Basic computer and system knowledge

- Billing and cash handling skills

- Basic MS Excel / MS Office knowledge

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Basic inventory and stock management knowledge

- Positive organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to manage staff and daily operations
