Position overview: Shoot high-quality product, model, and campaign visuals (stills and video) for textile and jewellery collections, ensuring accurate representation of fabric texture and metal/stone brilliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and execute studio and on-location shoots for jewellery, sarees/apparel, and model campaigns
- Handle lighting, backdrops, and macro photography techniques to capture fine jewellery and fabric detail accurately
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras along with supporting gear (softboxes, reflectors, gimbal/stabilizers) for both stills and video
- Collaborate with stylists, models, and the creative team to execute shoot concepts and mood boards
- Manage raw file handling, backups, and handoff to editing/retouching teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably shooting jewellery,
textile, or fashion products
- Strong knowledge of studio lighting setups suited for reflective surfaces (jewellery) and fabric texture (textiles)
- Familiarity with macro lenses and product photography techniques
- Basic knowledge of camera-side video shooting (for reels/behind-the-scenes content) is preferred
- Own equipment or willingness to work with in-house studio gear; portfolio required
