Role Description This is a full-time Caller role based in Current Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Caller will engage with prospective and existing clients by phone to share information about Techjammer’s services, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings or shoots. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, maintaining call logs and client records, and following up on leads in a timely manner.





The role also involves coordinating with the production and marketing teams to ensure clear communication of client needs and project updates. The Caller is expected to maintain a professional yet friendly tone, uphold company standards of service, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email platforms.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills that support collaboration with internal teams and a client-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in calling, customer service, telesales, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort communicating in English and Hindi, with additional languages being an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
