Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Knowledge of call auditing, process compliance, and quality standards.

✅ Understanding of quality tools such as Pareto Chart, Flowchart, Control Chart, etc.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, reporting, and basic analysis.

✅ Strong analytical and observation skills to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

✅ Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to advisors.

✅ Good documentation and report preparation skills.

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy while conducting audits.

✅ Basic understanding of KPIs such as CSAT, DSAT, FCR, AHT, and other quality metrics.

✅ Professional attitude with good listening, probing, and decision-making skills.

✅ Positive time management and ability to meet audit targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
