Call Center Agent – Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for a Call Center Agent – Solar to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, generate and qualify leads, schedule site visits and service appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries related to solar products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
- Update and manage leads in LeadSquared.
- Achieve daily productivity, quality, and calling targets.
- Follow company processes and customer service standards.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling or telecalling.
- Lead generation and follow-up experience.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with LeadSquared is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple customers/tasks.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Language Requirements Good communication in English and Hindi is preferred.

Candidates proficient in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Telesales experience are preferred.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in:

- BPO
- Call Center
- Customer Support
- Telecalling
- Telesales
- Lead Generation
- Customer Service

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have experience in voice process, outbound sales calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, CRM, and LeadSquared will be preferred.
