Role Description The Cake Decorator role at Yellow Rose is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The Cake

Decorator will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes, cupcakes, and other specialty desserts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation that aligns with the café’s brand. Daily tasks include preparing cake bases, making and coloring icings, executing custom designs, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The role also involves collaborating with the baking team to plan daily production, managing orders and custom requests,



and assisting with display setup for cakes and pastries.

The Cake

Decorator will interact with guests and team members, provide courteous service when discussing designs, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Bakery and Baking, with experience producing consistent, high-quality baked goods.
- Proficient Cake Decorating abilities, including piping, fondant work, and custom design creation.
- Experience working with Cookies and other small baked items as part of a wide-ranging product lineup.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle custom requests, and support a welcoming guest experience.
- Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
- Prior experience in a bakery, café, or pastry kitchen is preferred; formal training in baking or pastry is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
