Job Summary

Okiru Cafe is seeking an experienced Café Manager to manage day-to-day operations at its Jibhi outlet. The role involves overseeing café operations, staff management, inventory control, customer experience, and compliance, while adapting to the seasonal demands of a hill tourism location.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily café operations including opening/closing
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance and weekly offs
- Handle inventory, vendors, procurement, and wastage control
- Manage cash, billing, daily sales, and expense tracking
- Address customer feedback and maintain online reputation
- Ensure compliance with labour, safety, and hygiene norms
- Coordinate with head office for reports and approvals

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Hands-on approach to café operations




- Basic understanding of inventory, costing, and compliance
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a hill station and tourist environment

Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Relevant hospitality experience mandatory

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC)
