Dedicated and detail oriented Finance Manager with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Banking, CA/CMA Articleship, or Finance/Taxation environment. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance of various clients.

Role & responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.)
- Handling Income Tax Returns of Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies etc
- Accounting and bookkeeping of clients using Tally / accounting software
- Preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Assistance in Company, LLP, and Firm Incorpora on work (MCA compliances)
- Preparation and filing of TDS challans and quarterly returns
- Filing of routine statutory compliances and returns Coordination with clients for data collection and compliance follow-ups
- Supporting senior staff in audits, assessments, and other allied professional work.

Finance & Subsidies

- Preparation of applications for Debt Syndication and Subsidy




- Handling and responding bank & departmental queries related to subsidy and finance work
- Coordination with officials to resolve queries raised
- Preparation of financial statements, project reports, CMA & Financial Models

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience Qualified CA/ CA-Inter / equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a CA firm/Audit Finalisatioon Roles./ Debt Syndication/Subsidies

Good working knowledge of:

- GST & Income Tax laws
- Tally / accounting software or MS Excel & basic computer applications
- Familiarity with MCA portal, Income Tax portal, and GST portal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive communication , English Drafting and coordination skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience in handling multiple clients
- Exposure to company/LLP compliance will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytial and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional CA firm environment
